Our CEO and President, David Gayle, brings a unique combination of certifications and experience to the table—including 30 years Pest Control, Food and Beverage Management, WildLife Control, Warehouse and Distribution, and Attic Restoration.
David spent many years working on the corporate side of the pest control industry. Driven by his passion for helping people, he decided to step away from corporate America and build something of his own. That’s when he founded Gayle Pest and Termite Control, a company rooted in integrity, service, and care for the community.

David is part of a local networking group, and through this network, a broker representing Texas Pest contacted him.
The owner of Texas Pest, a family-owned business, was looking
for a new owner who could carry on its values and tradition.
After meeting with them, it became clear that David was the
right person for the job
After much thought, prayer, and reflection, David decided to move forward with purchasing Texas Pest Elimination and merge both companies. As a result, we are now operating under the name Texas Pest Elimination. Gayle Pest is now part of the Texas Pest team, bringing David’s expertise and commitment to quality service together with Texas Pest’s strong legacy.
